Cross-Country Ski Pass in Callaghan Backcountry

One day ticket provides you with access to both The Callaghan and Whistler Olympic Park. That’s over 120km of trails to explore! We’re open for Nordic Skiing, snowshoe, and backcountry access from mid-November to mid-April, subject to conditions. Journeyman Lodge operates from early December to mid-April, subject to conditions.

Callaghan Valley Nordic is the union of Callaghan Country Wilderness Adventures (CCWA) and Whistler Olympic Park (WOP). Season passes to our Nordic and snowshoeing trails are available through the Whistler Olympic Park.

Can I make reservations in advance for day access?

Yes, fixed-day tickets and flex tickets can be purchased online.

What is included in daily access or a seasons pass?

All visitors holding a valid season pass or a daily access ticker can access both the Callaghan and Whistler Olympic Park trails for skiing or snowshoeing.

Will the gate accept cash as payment?

At this time, we do not accept cash as payment.

Where can I buy a season pass?

Season passes can be purchased online, over the phone at 604.964.0059, or in person at the Whistler Olympic Park guest service desk.

Can I upgrade my day ticket for a seasons pass?

Yes, upgrades must be purchased in person at the Whistler Olympic Park guest service desk.

What perks are included with my seasons pass?

Pass perks are available with all Callaghan valley seasons pass purchases (excluding child and dog passes). Perks must be redeemed before closing day 2024.

Can I use my backcountry access ticket to access the Callaghan.

All visitors accessing the Callaghan via the gate need a snowshoe ticket, ski ticket, or season pass. Guests wanting to use their backcountry access ticket should continue to Whistler Olympic Park’s gate.
